Hello everybody! Today I want to tell you about the great, amazing, wonderful, genius palette of the eyeshadows Venus by Lime Crime. I’ve been always amazed by the red colors on the eyes, they give the glance velvet and dramatic effect. A lot of people are afraid that the eyes will look they were crying. But as for me, I don’t think so. When I see such make-up, my heart starts to beat faster. I've gathered the whole collection of plum-eggplant-burgundy shades, but it’s not so easy to find the red-vinous ones. And of course when I saw the palette of pinky-rusty-red shades on the Internet, I immediately wanted to buy it. It was Valentine’s Day and I made a small hint to my husband of what present to buy. We ordered it on the official site of Lime Crime. And 3 weeks later, I was holding my precious palette in my hands. <3
The packaging is just wonderful! I like it so much:) It’s like a bright child’s book. On the cover there’s blue-haired Venus Botticelli. The palette is of thick cardboard of good quality. I find it very handy!

And now about each one:)
Venus - The color of bruised fruit (velvet matte). It’s silky to touch
Shell - Opalescent shell-pink (glow)
Aura - Golden ivory (glow). It shines very beautifully, ideal for the inner corners, one of the favorites in the palette
Creation - Rust brown (matte). I like to use it in the crease
Icon - Dirt brown (matte). Very good for the inner corners
Rebirth - The color of an over-ripe nectarine (matte)
Divine - Dusty stone (matte). Taupe-lilac-brown-gray color. I use it very often
Muse - Deep burgundy red (matte). The headliner of the palette, very unusual color.
We looked at the colors, they’re great. What about their characteristics? Believe me, they’re great. The eyeshadows have an insane pigmentation, creamy texture and they blend very easily. The colors don’t fade during the day. And the most interesting thing for me was that they don’t fall out at all, neither while application, nor wearing, such bright colors, but no, under the eyes everything’s clean. If to speak about the NAKED, it falls out a lot. I thought that the reason was in me, but no. So, I like to work with Venus very much!

Below I applied a primer, and above I applied them on the bare skin, and as you can see, there’s almost no difference, only matte colors became a bit brighter. I know, some people will say that these make-ups are controversial, well, the tastes are different

Such a mermaid effect, I’d say. I don’t know why I associate it with a mermaid, and unfortunately, the photo doesn’t show the glow of Aura and Shell so much

My verdict: The design, quality, idea - everything is great! The Venus really makes you creative:) These colors are created to do a lot of make-ups: nude, everyday and evening ones For me, the make-up is like an accessory, this make-up can easily replace any accessory.
