I’m all about mascaras. Once there’s a new one released on the market, I have to try it out immediately.
I was looking at this one for quite a while actually, but since I wanted to wait for others to try it, I didn’t buy it. For a long time I couldn't come to the conclusion which one to take: So Couture or Feline (the green tube), but after reading some reviews, I finally made up my mind and picked up So Couture So Black.

About the product:
The product’s design is bright, tube is purple with golden lettering. It’s easy to open and closes with a click.
Brush:
When I was looking through the reviews of this product, I thought that the brush would be big. But when I bought it, I saw that the brush wasn’t big at all but still with a lot of thick silicone bristles to it (I adore silicone brushes).
On the brush wand there are bristles of different length. On the tip of the brush they are so tiny that they are almost invisible. The bristles look as though they are getting bigger and bigger towards the end of the brush.
Formula and color:
The mascara is of a thick and glossy consistency. I like this formula, because it’s easy to work with, as it glides on my lashes coating them from roots to the ends beautifully. The product is of jet black color.
My impressions:
I want to say that at first it was a tad tricky for me to use this brush. Even though it’s small, it’s still bulky and thick. I’m more into thin and small brushes. This brush turned out to be difficult to coat the roots of my lashes. Each time I tried to do it, I ended up with my upper lids stained with mascara. I can’t say that I eventually managed to get on the right side of this So Couture So Black Mascara.
It gives my lashes good volume and separation, coating each and every lash. My lashes popped and were of intense black color.
As for, length, no. I didn’t notice that. Maybe just a tiniest bit. I think my coated lashes were of the same length as they usually are.
My natural lashes aren’t curled and, alas, this mascara doesn’t curl them at all. In general there’s almost no such mascara to make my lashes curled, so it isn’t an issue for me.
There’s no sticking together or clumps.
And now the main thing I love in all the L’Oreal mascaras (and So Couture is no way an exception) is that they don’t smudge or run during the day. On purpose I applied it very early in the morning and removed late at night and So Couture stayed in its place and looked good. There were no clumps on my lower lids or staining on the uppers. even when my eyes became watery outside, the mascara lived that through. The most important is not to touch or rub eyelashes with fingers, as the mascara isn’t water-proof.

Yes, I will.
Will I ever buy it again?
I presume that I won’t. There are better mascaras by the same brand which I like more.
