I love highlighters very much, and I always use them in my make-up. But, I only like them in creamy textures. I just don’t like dry-textured highlighters, they look the same as eyeshadow.
Out of the most popular highlighters, I picked Benefit High Beam and Essence So Glow to compare it with.
Since they both have pink undertones, I wanted to try out Maybelline in a golden color.
This one has the most delicate finish, out of two listed above. It doesn’t have too much big shimmer, which means that it’ll be perfect for everyday make-up. The most shimmery one is by Essence.
The shades of the product and the packaging:
Maybelline Master Strobing is presented in two shades: 100 for fair skin with pink undertones and 200 with golden undertones for tanned girls.
The product is a thick stick, so it’s very unlikely that you’ll break it.
The packaging closes tightly, so it won’t pop open in your beauty bag.
The lasting power:
The product has a creamy texture, but it's not a liquid, so it doesn’t spread or flow out during the day. Once it dried, the product has a powder finish and stays on my face for about 6 hours.
