Hello everybody!

The NARS lipsticks are my all time favorites.

I’ve already reviewed their creamy Audacious nude lipstick, while this one is liquid. I have two shades of it - muted and bolder one.

Finish: it’s matte, though not that matte we’re all used to. It isn’t dead matte and my lips never look like a Sahara desert with it on.

Pigmentation:

Above all praise!

One swipe and the coverage already looks high yet the layer isn’t thick at the same time. I mean that there aren’t any patches in pigmentation. The application is simple.

Staying power:

The product doesn’t set 100%, yet it still remains long-wearing. It can stain cups, though not too critically.

I’m sure that it’s able to hold for 6-7 hours. It won’t live through a full course meal but it’ll hold through a small bite. One more thing, don’t rub your lips one over another. It’ll also affect the wear time for the worse.

By the way, it’s noteworthy that the product is easy to re-apply, even over the previous dry layer.

My idea is that a touch-up will be successful if you eat and then apply the product only over your inner lip or where it’s needed.

Impressions of use:

5 stars out of 5 for comfort. I’d even say that it’s the most comfy lipstick for me that I’ve ever tried. I just don’t feel it present on my lips.

Be careful!

The product’s formula is liquid, so please make sure to store it vertically and never keep it upside down. Otherwise, it can leak out! Shake the tube well before each use.

Shade Walk This Way:

It’s a gentle pink color. I can apply it with two different techniques for different results.

  • A semi-sheer coverage as an everyday wear option:

If I don’t want my lipstick to look contoured and precise, I just use a synthetic fluffy brush to apply it.

Or I can also blend out the edges with my finger.

I use this same shade as a blusher.

  • Full coverage with precise contours.

I use the featured applicator to distribute it over my lips:

Applicator:

It’s good, very good, actually. It’s thin, which makes it so handy for my lip outlining.

It takes out the right amount of the product, I mean it doesn’t require you to wipe off the rim.

Ingredients:

Shade Warm Leatherette

I freaking love it!

At first it seemed to be too bold for me but later I found out that I feel more comfortable to wear this shade, rather than a red lipstick.

I don’t know how to describe it right, but I know for sure that in real life this very shade looks so noble. This color allows me to draw my “new” lip edges, which won’t be detectable at all. So neat and gentle.

Do I recommend these lippies?Of course, I do!

I’ve never met such a combo of pigmentation, texture, and comfort from any other lipsticks.

In general, all the lip products from this brand are dope!
