I like writing rave reviews so much! If I write a positive review, I don’t have to find the right words and in general the words write themselves. The only thing that I need to do it to sit in front of my computer and that’s it - the review will be written quickly. The jar with the product doesn’t take too much space in my makeup bag. Moreover, it’s very light, even though it seems to be made of glass and looks heavy. It’s absolutely travel-friendly.

I have my pomade in the color BRUNETTE.

The pomade matches my eyebrow color 100%. It’s such a beautiful taupe gray-brown shade without any red color to it.

Honestly, I’m not a brunette. But my hair is naturally rather dark. All in all there are 5 shades of the pomade in the collection.

Peculiarities and personal impressions

The product has a very interesting texture - it’s something absolutely new for me in terms of a brow product. The texture seems to be as though gel-creamy. You’d better opt for a wedged brush for the application, which isn’t provided with a set, though. At first I was even upset about it, since I didn’t have such a brush at home, but later I understood that my eyeshadow wedged brush would also work well.

The pomade is nicely pigmented, easy to pick up with a brush and apply over the eyebrows. The blending is also very easy and soft. Some time later after the application, the pomade turns matte and seems as though it sets and becomes super long-wearing.

You can be sure that your eyebrows will stay with you regardless of weather conditions - no matter what it is - heat, snow, rain. I checked! And the pomade will still be possible to wash off with a cotton round soaked with micellar water.

By the way, the manufacturer states that the product will be fine to go to a beach or to a pool. I can’t prove this fact, since I haven’t checked it yet. But once the summer is here, I’ll definitely add this info into my review.

Comparison of the textures of a brow powder and a brow pomade

I don’t have many products to fill in my brows with. I’ve tried brow pencils and powders. And now I also have a pomade. So, now, let me describe all their advantages and disadvantages shortly. I also want to make a quick comparison.

Brow pencil - It’s well pigmented and I can fill in my brows with it very quickly. But the blending is a kind of an issue for it. There’s always a chance to make my eyebrows look way darker than they actually are with this product.

 

Brow powder - Here the blending is nice and soft, which allows me to create a subtle color transition from the lighter beginning of the brow to the darker tip of my brow. But, since the brow powder doesn’t give a lot of color payoff, the process can be rather time-consuming.

 

Pomade - Thanks to the gorgeous pigmentation that it has, the transition of colors between the beginning and tip of the brow can be on par as with the brow powder. But the pomade dramatically saves my time (as with the brow pencil). I mean, the brow pomade is a mixture of advantages of two of my favorite brow products. With its help I can get the color transition on my brows and it’ll be very quickly!

It’s a perfect flawless product which is so wallet-friendly. I recommend you give it a shot too. From now on, I’m into brow pomades only (of course if I ever manage to find a better product at all).
