I love winged eyeliners and have been drawing them since I was 17. After all these years I realized that my first attempts were awful-looking and I don’t know how I dared walk out with such cat eye makeup. Okay, but let’s be honest: how can an ordinary eyeliner really boost eyelashes growth?
It’s just an eyeliner with a thin and handy tip, and nothing more.
It’s black (also available in brown). It’s easy to draw precise lines with and doesn’t smudge throughout the day. My eyelids are oily and kind of hooded, but this eyeliner lasts on them perfectly.
This eyeliner can be easily removed with micellar water and everything seems to be great, but…
Why does it dry so quickly? My happiness lasted less than a month. I thought I would use this eyeliner only, but alas…
I can’t recommend this perfect, but so fast-drying eyeliner.
