I first started using the Physicians Formula products beginning from their bestselling eyeliner, which is the Eye Booster Lash 2-in-1 Boosting Eyeliner & Serum.
Packaging: It’s a felt-tip eyeliner, the tip of which is made in the form of a brush. The bristles are pretty sturdy and help draw a straight line. The thickness of the line can be controlled.
The eyeliner itself was housed in a plastic package with all the necessary information provided on it.
The amount of the product is not huge, it’s only 0.5g.
Color: It was available only in two colors: pitch black that I opted for and a black-brown that is also quite beautiful.
I wouldn’t call this color pitch-black. It’s just black. To get an intense payoff, you have to layer it, which is no problem actually. It layers easily without dragging the previous coat.
Properties: The eyeliner applies with ease and sets almost instantaneously, so that you won’t have to wait till it’s dry.
The wear time pleases me really well.
When it’s dry, it doesn’t come off even after rubbing it with my fingers slightly or keeping it under the streaming water, which means that it doesn’t make your eyes looking like that of a panda in the light rain. However, it removes with an ordinary micellar water effortlessly.
Price: about $9-10
Overall thoughts: It’s a decent eyeliner, the main advantage of which is an applicator wand that doesn’t drag my eyelids when applying. Also, the product comes to the tip non-stop, which is quite an issue with felt-tip eyeliners when coating.
The wear time is also amazing. It’s hard to say if it goes a long way or not, because I’ve been using it for 2 weeks only, but all in all, I love this eyeliner and can definitely recommend it.
