I’ve heard a lot about the quality of the Seventeen lip liners. And now I can see why they talk about them so much.
Their lip pencils have an unbelievably soft texture. The product seems to be melting over my lips, creating soft and beautiful lines.
I think that this lip liner in the shade 03 Natural will also work perfect as a lip adapter pencil. I mean it’ll be easy to make your lips look fuller with it.
The shade 03 Natural looks brick-red on my lips, such a perfect nude color for me.
In this photo I filled in my lips with this pencil. The edges seem darker, because I draw outside the lines.
I’m really pleased with the quality and the price of this lip pencil.
It costs about $5.
For me this product is perfection because:
it’s waterproof and it stays on the entire day
it doesn’t dry out my lips (though it’s still better to apply it over your moisturized lips)
you can use it as lipstick base, as well as wear alone
the application is super gliding
fuss-free blending, of course if you need it
good color selection from the brand.
I’ll definitely give a chance to some other shades from the collection. The product is decent! Highly recommended!
