I love this Japanese brand. It releases so many makeup products, which I truly adore.
I got this mini from one of the cosmetic boxes. Unfortunately, I don’t remember from which exactly, since I buy them frequently.
After testing this lippie, I found out that it’s excellent! Even though I’m usually rather skeptical to the word “moisturizing” when it comes to lipsticks, I was utterly surprised when I understood this formula works and is really skin-loving.

Usually, nude lipsticks can be rather troublesome application-wise. But here, there’s nothing of that kind at all.
It settles into my lip's fine lines a little but I don’t think that it’s worth criticizing.

The product is perfect for everyday wear. The texture is creamy, pleasant and not greasy or tacky. It always glides leaving a thin and even coverage behind.
The pigmentation is good. One stroke is enough to cover my natural lip color.
If you apply this lippie, you can forget about your lip pencils or brushes, the product outlines my lips itself! This was surprising for me. I could never expect it from a creamy lipstick.

The finish is glossy and it fades out within an hour of application. Unfortunately, the longevity isn’t a feature of this formula. It stays on about 3 hours, or maybe even less. It’ll never live through a meal and you’ll have to reapply it. The lippie doesn’t make my lip blemishes visible and it doesn’t crease with a white film on my inner lip.
I don’t detect it on my lips and it always feels as though I applied a lip balm. No tacky finish.
I can highly recommend this lipstick! Even though it isn’t long-wearing, it still creates a perfect glossy coverage effortlessly.
The good about the Shiseido Perfect Rouge:
The formula is truly skin-loving. It’s so comfortable. No skills are required to apply it.
No tacky feel or greasiness.
The bad about the Shiseido Perfect Rouge:
Staying power. No more than for 2-3 hours.
