Hey pretties! 
Matte lippies with a metallic effect are on trend right now! And I have to admit that they look really awesome, especially some bright shades. However, the nude tones look gorgeous as well. Additionally, they can be used for everyday makeup. Today I’m going to review such a lipstick, which is Sleek Matte Me Metallic in the shade Volcanic.
The packaging looks of good quality and is minimalistic without any frills.
It looks similar to the Sleek Gloss me lip gloss.
The lipstick has a nice creamy and a little bit souffle-like texture. It applies very easily to my lips, but it can emphasize some dry patches, because it’s a matte lipstick after all.
It dries out very quickly, in about 30-40 seconds. The lipstick can be layered, but it can look drier on the lips and the coverage may crack.
Moreover, it dries out my lips, unfortunately. In the evening after use, I apply a lip balm generously, because my lips feel very taut and not at all well.
What I liked about the product is the brand new applicator wand. It was big and inconvenient earlier, but now it’s smaller and classy.
Well, the most fascinating and ‘yummy’ thing about this lipstick collection is the finish and shades.
The finish is an on-trendy metallic, but not flashy, super glowing and opalescent, but a soft and delicate one.
Volcanic is an incredibly beautiful mixture of greige and lilac with warm undertone.
The shade looks different according to the lip pencils you’ve used as a base, but the finish is always amazing.
This is how the lipstick looks on my bare lips without any lip pencil.
Now the lipstick with MAC Pro Longwear Lip Pencil in the shade Cultured. As a result, this very gray undertone appears.

As far as you can see, all the makeups look quite different, but all of them are stunning and wearable.
Such matte lippies can certainly be used in an eye makeup, too. However, you should be very careful, as they are not meant for applying them to your gentle eyelids originally.
As for me, my sensitive eyes felt quite comfortable with the Sleek lipstick on.
Wear time: about 5-7 hours. I haven’t worn it longer, because my lips required some moisture after that.
The product removes with any makeup remover easily.
Sleek Matte Me Metallic lipstick is no doubt a worthy product, which can be used both on the lips and on the eyes. Moreover, you can create different looks by using various lip pencils as a base.
I recommend you try it, if you are not afraid of dry lips after use.
