Hi Lovelies! Recently Tarte launched a new foundation. It’s Shape Tape available in two versions: Matte and Hydrating. Some people claimed that the latter was absolutely the same as the Tarte Empowered Hybrid Gel Foundation in a jar. I have this one too, so I couldn’t help but compare them.
