It’s not so easy to apply an eyeliner neatly and even. For me, cat eyes have never been a problem and I can line my eyes with ease almost all the time. Today I’ll tell you about a long-wearing gel eyeliner from Tarte which has a rather weird format.
Right here I want to stress that it isn’t the handiest in the world and will be a great choice for you only if you can apply the eyeliner flawlessly.
It retails packed with a regular cardboard box. Inside it offers a bamboo brush with a thin tip. Also, it has a small tube with the gel eyeliner itself.
How to use?-Gently squeeze a pin-sized amount of product onto the blending stage surface.
-Pick up a small amount of liner using the included liner brush.
-Paint on your perfect look by gliding the brush along the upper and lower lashline or extending it out to a dramatic wing.
The product is very well packed with pigments and it’s clay-based.
The tip of the tube is like a mini-palette for mixing the liner.
The texture is creamy and the shade is saturated black. It applies with a thin and smooth layer and stays on my eyes for 11-12 hours.
According to the maker, the product won’t dry down or thicken inside the tube. I actually doubt that because lately, mine doesn’t come out so nicely anymore.
It isn’t bad characteristics-wise but it costs a lot! So, I’m not sure it’s the best.
Thanks for your attention!
