When they announced that the Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette is being restocked, I didn’t even ask myself whether to buy it or not, as I love Too Faced Chocolate Bars so much. I was waiting for the same from this palette, and you know, I love those moments when reality surpasses all expectations.

Design: It highly resembles the Chocolate Bar. Here you can see the same heavy metal case with a small mirror inside. The palette was packed in a cardboard packaging that was so soft to the touch… Usually I don’t pay any attention to such things, but here it drew my attention for so long. Inside there’s a flyer with some make-up techniques (which I don’t actually need).

When you open up the palette, the first thing you’ll notice is its smell. It’s not peach, but peach juice from my childhood. It doesn’t smell natural, but still very pleasant. I read some reviews where they said that the smell was too chasing and off-putting. I don’t know, for me it’s not an issue.

Let’s come back to the point.

The palette includes 18 eyeshadows. I’ll divide them in three rows.

The upper one:

White Peach (matte vanilla cream)

Luscious (pearl peach champagne)

Just Peachy (shimmering peachy pink)

Bless Her Heart (golden moss)

Tempting (bronzed black)

Charmed, I'm Sure (matte medium cool brown)

Middle row:

Nectar (pearly peachy cream)

Cobbler (peachy pinked bronze)

Candied Peach (matte coral with violet shimmer)

Bellini (gilded Peach)

Peach Pit (satin perfect raisin)

Delectable (matte smokey amethyst)

Lower row:

Peaches' n Cream (matte milky peach)

Georgia (matte peachy pink)

Caramelized (dark gilded bronze)

Puree (metallic dark bronze)

Summer Yum (matte gingerbread)

Talk Derby to Me (shimmering black violet)

Colors: they are the most important things I love about this palette. They are so matchy. It’s not difficult to guess by the name of the palette that all the colors have warm undertones, which is a definite advantage for me.

Of course there are some outsiders: and they are the ones from the last column. But they aren’t very bad, no, just a tad worse than the others. For me they are too dry. Metallics and shimmers are my passion. They are soft and well pigmented. And the color payoff is insane! It’s notable here, that if you apply these eyeshadows with a wet technique, they’ll look different. There’s one unique color Candied Peach. I’ve never seen such a color combination before, and it looks so gorgeous on my eyes. Can’t wait to become tanned, imagine how great this color will look then.

These eyeshadows are well pigmented, but still it’s better to use primer for the sake of lasting power, bright color and everything. I didn’t prime my arm skin to make swatches, as I need them just to take some photos and wash off. Despite the gentle application, I didn’t notice any fallout. They are well-pressed and that’s why they also go a long way.

While application, these eyeshadows are great. They don’t look patchy or stain, there’s no fall out under the eyes, cheeks or any other areas on my face. During the day they don’t crease, don’t loose their color and in the evening I remove the same amount of color that has been applied in the morning.

There’s a drawback about this product and it's rather significant. The palette really provokes my desire to devour something sweet, so be careful with it Laughing out loud
