Urban Decay Heavy Metal Glitter Eyeliner in Distortion is the focus of attention today.
In contains myriads of tiny green glitters, which may shimmer in crimson at a certain angle. This eyeliner is transparent, so it requires a base. It looks great both on black/brown and a color eyeliner.
The UD eyeliner may destroy a winged eyeliner made with an eye pencil or eyeshadows, but it will look extremely good on eyeliner pen or gel eyeliner.
The brush is pretty thin and doesn’t take a lot of product out. So if you want to achieve the effect displayed on the packaging, you’ll have to apply many coats.
The durability depends on the base. My makeup with this eyeliner lasts till I remove it. It comes off easily, but the glitters may spread all over your face. They can be washed with water.
