Not so long ago, Urban Decay renewed their line of lipsticks. Now they all have the same packaging, but the lines are divided according to the finish: from absolutely matte and thick to the translucent and glossy ones. Today I will tell you about two lipsticks from the "comfort matte" line in the brave shades #bad blood and #perversion.
You can’t ignore the outer packaging of these lipsticks. I like the thin bottom base, the different colors of the tube sand the bottom edging. The engraving on the cap and on the tube itself is stunning. I appreciate UD’s well thought-out design. They put their soul into it.
The texture of these colors might seem slightly dry at first sight. But the consistency gets softer and easier to work with when it touches your lips, because it melts a bit when you put it on.
The pigmentation is crazy! These lipsticks provide 100% coverage. The lipsticks from the Vice line were the first which helped me understand what a fine-grained texture lipstick is like! It felt like every milligram of the product had a huge amount of pigment in it.
The finish is not totally matte, but also not glossy. It’s subdued and very beautiful. It’s important to notice that this lipstick doesn’t congeal on your lips. That’s why you need to be very careful with it. But luckily it fades very evenly. To apply such saturated colors I recommend either using a lip pencil or a flat lip brush. That way you will get your perfect contour.

#bad blood - is a very interesting red. No matter what angle I look at it from–-I still can’t figure out whether it’s a cold or a warm shade. The undertone is obviously a cold blue. But on your lips you can sometimes notice a warm scarlet note. In any case – this color looks gorgeous on your lips!

#perversion - is an intense black lipstick. (every teenager’s dream in 2007). I absolutely adore this shade! It’s perfect,t, without any brown, purple or blue in it. This is the ideal black, which (you might not believe) suits everybody. he only problem is taking yourself seriously with this color on your lips:)
It’s a little harder to apply. It has a gel texture and sometimes I want to apply it thicker.
with simple black liner on my eyes it creates a minimalistic look.
Black lipstick helps me to be creative ! With its help I can not only darken other shades of lipstick but also create an ombre effect, for example:
The lasting effect of lipsticks when you don’t eat or talk much is about 3 hours. The coverage of the Vice Lipsticks is very comfortable, and your lips won't get dry or tight. Of course, after wearing such bright colors you’ll need to remove them with micellar water or cleansing oil, exfoliate your lips and apply a lip balm.
But this isn’t just for UD lipsticks, but every lipstick with this much color and texture.
