Pros: a little goes a long way, doesn’t define wrinkles, easy and simple application, versatile, visible effect
Cons: accentuates flaking, can't see how much of the product is left, pricey

Today I’d like to review a much hyped product by YSL. So please meet the Yves Saint Laurent Touche Éclat Radiant Touch Concealer.

It isn't my first pen of this product so I have a solid opinion about it.

Shade:

I always buy the same shade, so I’ll speak only about it, #1. It’s the fairest shade in the collection with a pink undertone. It camouflages my dark under eye circles magically. This very shade will suit even the fairest in complexion girls. I can’t say that I have a pale complexion. In summer when I get a little bit sun tanned I stop using this product. And not only this product by the way, as tanned skin looks better and I just don’t need to use cosmetics. But the other 9 months of a year I use it with great pleasure.

Outer appearance

The product is of a golden color. There’s a black click dispenser and a brush. I don’t know about other people’s opinions but I like the design very much. It looks stylish and classy. Well, there are some cons though. First of all since the tube is opaque I can’t see how much of the product is left in the tube. That’s extremely inconvenient. Secondly, the black click button is easy to stain with the product and it looks awful. Over all these years I’ve already gotten used to that and these facts don’t piss me off any more as much as they may do piss off other people.

Dispenser

I find it good. Usually two clicks are enough for me to camouflage my dark circles under eyes.

Application

The brush does its job beautifully. But I found a better way to apply this product: I apply it with the brush from the pen concealer and then blend out with another brush by RT.

By the way, before I sat down to write this review I read tons of negative reviews of this product. And I don’t know why they are so mad at this concealer. I guess that the reason is in the badly chosen shade, or maybe that’s them being ham-handed.

Versatility

Most frequently I use the Touché Eclat product as a concealer. And hardly ever I use it as a corrector to hide pimples. I also can use it as a highlighter to give some definition to my hollow on the chin and eyebrow bone. So, yeah, I count this product to be versatile.

Staying power

That’s not an issue either. The product stays on the entire day without traveling down or creasing.

Spending

I was really wowed when I understood that the concealer goes a very long way. Even though they say that the self life of this product is 6 months after unpacking, I use it way longer and there aren't any bad reactions.

Price

It costed about $50. Whether that is pricey or not is up to you to decide. I’m ready to splurge on the Yves Saint Laurent Touche Éclat Radiant Touch Concealer as I love the results it shows on my skin.
