Face masks are essential for me in my skincare game. I love them a lot and apply them rather regularly. Sometimes I experiment with them. This time, it is a trial size of the Clarins face mask with mango butter.
The first thing I love about this collection is the bright design: yellow (nourishing), blue (hydrating) and green (cleansing).
The yellow mask smells pleasantly of mango which makes me rave about it. In fact, the first impressions are pleasant and nice!
I don’t like sounding promises and I don’t get why they promise that a product can work miracles with skin overnight. Clarins, unlike many other brands, traditionally escapes from sounding promises and says only catching things:

The product is all about the mango butter. And it is really there in the list of ingredients (however, it's not the first ingredient but still not the last one either).
In fact, the ingredients are okay here.
The mask is rather thick in consistency and it looks like a cream of yellow color.
It applies easily and spreads quickly.
In fact, it goes a long way. The 5ml tube was enough to use 3 times.
The tube has a screw-on top that is nice to open and close.
The product is a pleasure to use. My skin type is combo, which is oily prone.
After the use of the mask, I don’t have a desire to cover my skin with a cream. I’m pretty delighted with the moisture and nutrition I get from the mask.
It’s pleasant and gentle to the touch and my skin definitely looks better after than before. And this comes to oily shine too.
I fact, I’m pleased with this mask and I think I’ll buy the full-sized pack once I find it on sale.
