Hello, dear readers of my review. Today I want to tell you about one of my skincare faves - Clinique for Men Anti-Age Moisturizer.
One day I just decided to give a shot to a very hyped product from a worldwide trusted brand. There were sales at that time, so searching it among the beauty stores I found the best bargain.
I had the following criteria: brand, price, and targets. I found two products to choose from:
• Clinique men anti-age moisturizer
• Shiseido men anti fatigue gel
So, the Clinique product is made in Belgium, as well as all others from the Estée Lauder Companies, such as Clinique and Lab Series.
Size: 3.4 fl. oz (100 ml). The tube is matte dark slate gray with a flip-top cap.

Consistency-wise, the product is creamy, runny yet still gooey. It’s almost unscented, there’s only a slight hint of drug-store lanolin cream smell which I recollect from my childhood.
Once I apply it over my skin, it feels as though the texture is melting, that’s why it distributes evenly. A little bit goes a long way. I can’t say that the formula transforms into water-like consistency, which can be usually found from such products, but here it only melts down and melts a lot, btw.
Once the product touches my skin, it feels as though I covered it with honey, when honey isn’t tacky and sticky. Or maybe it also feels like butter, if it wasn’t so greasy. Right after the application, I can feel how nourished my skin is. A couple of minutes later, my skin is covered with an insignificant kind of a film.
My skin soaks it in rather quickly and after that, it’s hydrated and nurtured. It looks matte outward but it’s moisturized from within. The effect lasts all day. After a few days of constant use, I can see that my skin is more hydrated, the complexion is smooth, fresh and healthy pink. It also looks a tad younger. Of course I have to sustain this effect with a good night’s sleep, healthy diet and physical exercises in a perfect world.
I’ve already used several tubes of this moisturizer and I like the results. It’s subjective but for me, this product has a prolonged effect and I can see it in a long-term perspective. I always look through special offers and sales and buy a lot for future use.
The full price is usually $40 but thanks to discounts I buy it cheaper.
I can pair this product with other ones from different brands, but my love to Clinique Men Anti-Age Moisturizer is for good.
