Recently I’ve used up the Nature Republic Super Aqua Max Watery Cream designed for combination skin and now I’m ready to share my thoughts about this product!
I love and respect Korean beauty products. I’ve been using them very actively earlier, but now my interest faded.
I bought this cream in a local store, but it can also be ordered online. The product is a bit pricey, the price varies from $10 to $13.
Volume: 80 ml, which is a little more than with other similar products.

Packaging and design:
The cream was covered in a paper packaging, where you can find all the necessary information: ingredients, characteristics, etc. It comes with a spatula for application. I’ve lost it actually and applied the product with my fingers.
The pot is heavy and made of glass. It has a screw cap, which looks like a drop, very beautiful. The cream also had a protective plastic film inside.

This moisturizing cream forms a protective film to the skin to keep moisture. Containing Polynesia Lagoon Water: clean ocean water and 30 kinds of marine plant extracts. This is well known for reasonable price and better quality compared to expensive cosmetics brands' products. Such a long list!
Texture:
The texture is very light and gel-like. It requires a really small amount for the face and decollete, as it spreads out easily.
It has a nice fresh scent that reminds me of the sea, nature and summer vacation… Love it! I don’t feel the scent on my skin.
About my skin:
I’m 27 y.o. and have combination skin. I have large pores and blackheads, plus occasional breakouts.
I believe that any skin type, including oily and combination skin should be properly moisturized. The more moisture we give, the less oily it becomes, as there is no need for it.
Use:
The cream is so lightweight, that it absorbs instantaneously. My skin is moisturized and very nice to the touch after application. Moreover, it looks visually matte and even.
That’s all about its performance…
The moisturizing effect doesn’t last long, because I usually have to reapply a thicker and a more effective cream towards evening.
The Korean manufacturer probably thinks that I have to apply a toner or serum to get more moisture… But the cream used alone is a such a disappointment.
I couldn’t use it in winter, because dry patches appeared on my cheeks and on the wings of my nose. Therefore I’ve been using it beginning from spring to the middle of fall.
I would also like to say that makeup applies after the cream well. It doesn’t clog my pores or cause any allergies. I think that the product is unfairly overpriced. It could have performed better for the price.
I give it 3 stars and don’t recommend it.
