I can’t live without lip balms at all. My lips are so dry, hence bitten that sometimes it’s ever scary to look at them. And with this lip balm, I managed to get no chapping on my lip for a month! I could never even think it was possible with my problematic lips.

About the price
$2 for 0.8g. Actually, given the formula, that’s a rather good size. For a month of use, I haven’t used even half of it.

About the packaging
I bought a double pack, even though I wanted to have one because it was the first time I tried this product after all. And now I want a ten-pack, no way less!
This is a regular plastic blister pack with all the necessary information on it and two sticks of unusual shape inside.
Right here I want to say they are handy to use. Nothing discomforting because of the oval stick.
The plastic is good in quality. Recyclable.
Shelf life - 12 months.
Palmer’s Coconut Oil Lip Balm
About the consistency and aroma
The balm is a stick, so it’s hard and not liquid. It’s easy to cover my lips with a desired layer.
It goes a very long way.
The aroma reminds me of shea butter more, rather than coconut oil. It’s warmer with vanilla notes.
I used to think it wouldn’t work for me in summer but within this month, it has never annoyed me. However, you should still mind that potent smell.
There’s almost no flavor of the product, just a tad of sweetness and that’s it. However, try not to fluctuate it with temperatures or else it’ll go bad. Actually, I can’t even recommend you lick it because of the ingredients. So, get rid of the nasty habit of licking your lips to remove it before having a meal.

About the results
This is really the best and comfortable lip balm that I’ve ever had! I don’t detect it on my lips. It immediately soothes them. The finish is non-sticky and flatters well all my matte lipsticks. It isn’t glossy or greasy.
Also, I’d like to mention the SPF here. After all, 15 is not much, yet still better than nothing.
I’d also like to comment upon the wear time of the product. Its coverage is as seamless as possible. But, even within 2 hours, when it’s time to touch-up, it still works with my lips.
