Hello everybody! Today I’ll tell you about the Sisley Buffing cream.
I want to start off with what the product promises:
Rich in exfoliating Bamboo micro-particles of natural origin, the Gentle Facial Buffing Cream sweeps away dead skin cells and impurities. It gently refines the skin texture thanks to the soothing properties of German Chamomile extract. The exfoliant increases the skin's receptiveness to other skin care products in the routine. Regular use gives the skin a youthful and smooth appearance. Gentle Facial Buffing Cream is ideal for preparing the skin before applying a mask or self tanner.
This is what I’ll say from me:
How did I come to purchasing this buffing cream? Of course after reading through a pile of rave reviews.
Now I want to tell you about its packaging. As you can see in the photos, it’s packed in a regular screw-on top jar. The product also had a spatula for scooping but I’ve lost it somewhere.
Inside we can see a thick formula that reminds me of some porridge.

The smell is not overpowering and chamomile.
How I use it: I apply a small portion of it over my dry skin with a thin layer. The product goes a long way so it’ll be enough to use within 6 months, 2-3 times a week.
After application, I leave it for 3 minutes and then start massaging my face with my finger. And here I face the moment that I don’t actually like. I have to press my fingers against my skin a lot, so it gives me a tugging sensation, which I don’t welcome, especially on my face.
I rinse off the leftovers of the product with water.
At the end of my review, I’d like to tell you that I haven’t seen any Wow results from this product. I just don’t get why so many people rave about it. I guess that it just doesn’t suit me because we all have different skin types. Mine is mixed and probably on others it works fine. So, it’s up to you to decide whether you need it or not.
