This is how I found a perfect hair color L'oreal Excellence Creme for my mom!
When I bought it in a drugstore, I came home so excited, because I wanted to try this product on my mom immediately.
The balsam is really good and its volume is just great. The hair dye would go a long way for short hair in particular.
The instruction inside is quite clear. In the before photo below we can see that the hair is wet, the hint of yellow is visible and the roots are too dark.
You should apply the hair dye with an applicator included.
It took me 5 minutes at most to color this short hair! Here is the outcome:
Her hair is smooth and shiny. The color is even and the roots are perfectly colored. What else do you need to be a happy blonde? My mom kept the packaging and decided to always use this hair dye
