When I saw my bestie’s hair brush that looked almost like the famous Tangle Teezer yet different, I used to think that there’s nothing left in this world to surprise me. I have Tangle Teezer and its Italian dupe Dessata. And now I confess that I was so wrong!
When I started my research on the Tangle Angel brush I found out that it retails in different sizes.
They have the biggest one called Tangle Xtreme but I thought that it will be too big for my short hair. I also saw the mini version called Tangle Cherub but I didn’t like its color range. So, this is how I opted for the middle-sized Tangle Angel in silver color with black bristles.
They also offer round hair brushes for professional hair styling and even pet brushes!
Of course the first thing that catches the eye is the design and ergonomic shape of the brush. Inside, from the bristles, the brush is heart-shaped. But all the beauty is outside, on the back of the brush. It’s made in the shape of a beautiful girl angel-body.
The brush is made of plastic but it’s different from that plastic the TT is made of. Here the plastic will never scratch and the wings are shaped and wavy. You should bear in mind that this product is for use at home, as it’s unlikely to get into your handbag, as it’s bulky.
Only if you prefer big bags then it won’t be a problem for you. The brush is lightweight.
The most intriguing is the result and bristles.
TT has 2 length bristles but if we speak about the Angel, we can see that each row differs from the other. It creates the wavy effect, which is a great advantage for the brush.
The longest bristles are on the wings of the Angel. They usually grab the top layer of hair combing it thoroughly and de-tangling.
The inside bristles are aimed at the hair inside and it’ll be especially great for those with thick and fine hair, as the TT can’t always get there.
The bristles don't scratch my scalp and have a semi-round cut, making a good massage to my head.
And now the result
I want to say that I didn’t expect anything extraordinary from this brush, well I didn’t expect anything more from it than of my TT. But somehow the Tangle Angel combs my hair so well that it makes it look smooth and shiny.
Of course it’s difficult to show you the result on camera, especially on my short hair but I saw the result on long hair and I was amazed.
Sometimes my hair could get static from TT but here no. After combing my hair with this brush I can see that it’s soft, silky to the touch and very manageable.
One more advantage of this brush is that you can either hold it for its handle, which I find very convenient by the way, or for the wings as a usual TT.
The brush is easy to clean and wash. No problems with it at all.
What's more you can use this brush while drying your hair with hot temperatures and be sure that it won’t be distorted.

I keep my Tangle Angel brush on my desk and usually I comb my hair just because I like those feelings I have when doing it.
