Each girl has her favorite cosmetic product she is not ready to live without. And now I have one too!
Recently I paid my attention to the COLOR RICHE collection by L’Oreal. Most of all I was attracted by their lippies, specifically by the lip palettes. There were two palettes in the store, one of red colors and the other of nude ones.
I bought this one for about $16.
The palette is thin, sophisticated and has a golden shiny compact.
It has a Nude labelled sticker on.
On the back side of the palette there’s an image of all the colors that are inside.
Inside there are 6 nude shades housed, 1g each.
To apply the products they included a small brush.
This babe turned out to be very handy, as it’s soft and easy to work with. I was so utterly happy that I didn’t need to buy some other brush to apply the lippies. The brush is very precise, it applies the products very neatly even without lining my lips with a lip pencil.
The compact is infused with a good sized mirror by the way.
The top opens on 180°.

L'Oreal's Color Riche La Palette Lip Pink gives you 1001 ways to wear pink! L'Oreal's first multi-finish and multi-color lip palette has expertly curated colors with 3 unique multi-finish textures; cream, matte and highlighter.
I was truly surprised when I saw mentioning of the matte finish on the palette. Actually none of the shades has a true matte finish. All the lippies have a pleasant lightweight creamy texture that isn’t greasy or thick. They look glossy on the lips with a slight dewy finish.
They all apply well, don’t streak or look patchy. The first coat gives you a light semi-transparent coverage. But the formula is buildable and if you apply more you’ll get full and opaque coverage.
None of the lippies gets into creases or defines flaking, on the contrary, I feel good moisture from them.
Lasting power. It’s average, about three hours or so. A snack or some talking and then you’ll need to reapply.
Fragrance. Well, I don’t know, maybe some people will find it off putting or unpleasant, but for me it’s not. I feel it like the usual lip product fragrance.
Let’s move onto a closer look at each shade. This is how they look in the packaging.

I’ll keep the order they are placed in the compact. I’ll move from the mirror.
Shade #1
It’s a tender semi-transparent beige color with a delicate glossy finish. It’s a nude color as it is.
Shade #2
This one is a light pinky color. The lippie is chameleon as it adjusts and sometimes looks peachy and sometimes with a cool casting.
Shade #3
It’s a tender peachy one with warm undertones.
Shade #4
It’s light lilac shade with a semi-transparent finish. I find it as one of the most beautiful shades in the palette.
Shade #5
Brown-caramel shade, very natural looking.
Shade #6
Here I don’t actually agree with the L’Oreal company as I don't usually associate a brown-red shade as a nude color. It’s the brightest and thickest shade in the palette. Although I’m sure that this shade will find its fans among the nude lovers.
Unquestioningly the release of these palettes is one of the best things that happened with L’Oreal. I really hope they’ll continue this line of palettes and add some other colors and textures.
