L'Oreal Infallible Primer - review

Is your skin prone to reddening? And I don’t mean only small red spots, but also that reddening that usually appears due to bad skin care treatment and temperature differences.

This is actually where a green corrector comes to play a role. Honestly, I have to say that I used to keep such products at bay for my entire life, because my skin was super problematic. They used to teach me that the green corrector of cream texture (it was a lucky day to find a cream corrector of such a color) should be applied over the red spots and then blended out thoroughly. After that I was supposed to apply my concealer or a foundation on my skin. But still, the green pigment was visible and in general it all looked awful.

But finally the new launch by L’Oréal Infaillible Anti-Redness Primer made me change my mind about the color correcting.

• The texture of this green fluid is uber lightweight. It’s just water, yet it gives enough coverage to hide all my skin problems.

• The formula is buildable, yet still I don’t think that you should try to layer the product as it’s still green and even if you want to do an evening makeup look, it’s better to use the right amount of the product and not overdo it.

• The primer doesn’t affect the wear time of my foundation. It doesn’t crease or show its presence on my skin anyway. It only hides the reddening and that’s all.

• I have to draw your attention to the package design. The package is super handy and the compact tube has a great pump dispenser. And of course the magnificent color.

P.S. the primer is applied over my nude skin. I didn’t use any foundation or concealer.
