Pros: doesn’t crumble, easy and quick to elongate my lashes, makes my lashes voluminous and beautiful, no clumps

🍐 Hello there!!! 🍐

Today I want to tell you about the new launch by LOREAL Paradise Extatic.

I adore mascaras by this brand but I always used to buy mascaras with silicone brushes. I love them very much as they really make my lashes look longer and clump-free. My favorite mascaras are:

  • L'Oreal Telescopic

  • L'Oreal Volume Millions Lashes Feline (the green one)

  • L'Oreal Volume Millions Lashes Excess Noir (the red one)

In 2017 the L’Oreal brand launched their new mascara with an unusual brush. It is furry with a lot of bristles. In general all my mascaras have lengthening brushes, while this one is truly voluminous.

You can buy the L'Oreal Paris Mascara Paradise Extatic at any local drugstore.

The price is about $15 depending on the store where you buy it. You can also find it discounted in many stores.

The product retails in a beautiful golden cardboard packaging with all the necessary information on it: the list of ingredients, manufacturer, expiration dates etc. It was rather unusual for me to see such a packed mascara as I usually see mascaras retailing either sealed with a transparent tape or without any packaging at all.

The mascara looks very sleek though. It even has a golden tube with a pink and gold top cap. On the tube itself you won’t find much information.

The brush is of average size. It’s furry with rather long bristles. The bristles are really soft and they are shaped like an hourglass. It didn't take me much time to get used to this brush, even though I love silicone mascara brushes.

🍐 Size: 6.4 ml

🍐 Color: black

As for the color I can say the following, you know, all the mascaras aforementioned are of black color but if you want to get the blackest black color on your lashes, then it’s better to opt for the L'Oreal Volume Millions Lashes Excess Noir.

🍐 Scent: the mascara smells nice and as though of something sweet.

🍐 Ingredients:

Aqua / Water , Paraffin , Potassium Cetyl Phosphate , Copernicia Cerifera Cera / Carnauba Wax , Ethylene/Acrylic Acid Copolymer , Styrene/Acrylates/Ammonium Methacrylate Copolymer , Cera Alba / Beeswax , Synthetic Beeswax , Bis-Diglyceryl Polyacyladipate-2 , Polybutene , Cetyl Alcohol , Steareth-20 , Glyceryl Dibehenate , Steareth-2 , Phenoxyethanol , Hydroxyethylcellulose , Acacia Senegal Gum , Tribehenin , Caprylyl Glycol , Glyceryl Behenate , Sodium Dehydroacetate , Hydrogenated Jojoba Oil , Hydrogenated Palm Oil , Disodium EDTA , Butylene Glycol , Sodium Laureth Sulfate , Tetrasodium EDTA , Ricinus Communis Seed Oil / Castor Seed Oil , Maltodextrin , Potassium Sorbate , BHT , Centaurea Cyanus Flower Extract , [+/- May contain: CI 77499 / Iron Oxides] , (F.I.L. B206093/2) .

🍐 Consistency: the product has average consistency which is very easy to get on the brush. The formula isn’t dry. I usually divide all my mascaras into three categories: those mascaras which are wet from the beginning but later they start to perform well, those ones which are nice from the beginning and carry on well, and those which are terrible from the beginning and will always stay the same.

I was surprised to find out that this mascara was fine from the beginning. There’s never too much of the product sitting on the brush so my lashes don't look clumpy. It’s all thanks to the good stopper which works so fine that the brush isn’t too dry either.

I appreciate how easy this mascara is to apply on my lashes. I always coat them with one coat as I don’t like layering the product. It doesn’t fall out during the day and I don’t look like a panda with dark circles under my eyes by the end of the day.

Removing is easy-breezy. I do it with a foam cleanser. But at the same time the mascara lives through nasty weather well, it doesn’t smudge against my skin. The clumps were there only within the first week of use, then the formula became better and now I don’t have any issues with clumps.

Daytime makeup

Evening makeup

I’m delighted with this mascara as it really makes my lashes more VOLUMINOUS, luscious and long. I didn’t expect any dramatic lash separation from it as the brush isn’t actually for this, so I won’t take off a star for it. My lashes can get a little bit stuck together when I coat them several times though it can be easily touched up with a clean brush.

I hope you liked my review and if you have some spare time please assess my review here with a thumbs up.
