The Paradise Extatic mascara has become much hyped on YouTube, as the beauty bloggers were praising it here and there, comparing it with the Too Faced mascara. I have to say that there aren’t many mascaras which “work” or look good on my lashes, though I was too excited to give this babe a try. 
In my review I want you to admire this “paradise beauty” on my lashes from all the sides + have a look at the true result it shows which was so embellished by marketing managers.

Well, there’s a package, and it is already great! Can you think of any street brand mascara that retails packed and doesn’t come in a simple protective wrap? I can’t, for example, even though I remembered so many mascaras that I had. Maybe that one from the Lumene brand. But since their re-branding I can’t say that it’s an affordable street brand anymore.

But let's come back to the package. On the front of the box you can find all the product promises as well as the picturesque “before and after” outcome. On the back of the box there’s the list with ingredients given.

How to use
Comb the Ultra-Soft brush through lashes by moving back and forth from root to tip. Layer multiple coats for even more volume.

The outer appearance of the mascara is above all praise. The golden tube comes with a Rose Gold top cap. It looks stylish, sleek and very high-end!
I always want to place the tube in a well visible place. The product is pleasant to use as well as hold in your hands. It’s undoubtful that this L'Oreal Paradise Extatic mascara is the most beautiful mascara that I’ve ever had.

On the top cap of the tube there’s a small sticker with a bar code and shade naming. Also they placed the volume of the product which is 6.4 ml here.
I was rather surprised to find out that there are only 6.4 ml of the contents, as the tube itself looks rather big. I guess it’s bigger outside and very small inside.
♣ The brush and coating ♣

Let’s have a closer look at the brush of the product. It’s fluffy (not silicone), furry and hourglass shaped. The bristles are short and very soft. This brush will be very difficult to prick your eyes with, even intentionally, you know it is such a frequent occasion for silicone brushes.

But its size… In my opinion the brush is big, gigantic, I’d say. How do you find it? I’m more into smaller mascara brushes. But the L'Oreal Paradise Extatic brush requires time to get used to it. I find it especially difficult to coat my lashes in the corners of the eyes.

♡ Consistency ♡The formula is thick and creamy. It’s of an intense black color. On the one hand it’s good as I don’t have to wait for it to dry out and not stick my lashes together. But on the other hand, after purchasing, it has become thicker and drier than before which caused clumps even if I applied one coat. And of course I can't help but mention the stopper inside! It leaves too much of the formula on the brush which results in difficult application of the product.

Place brush at base of lashes and gently sweep up to tip. Removes easily with soap and water.

Let’s be honest and admit that if a girl has lashes that are naturally long and voluminous, every mascara will look fine over them. I have average lashes which aren’t the longest or thick. They are also unruly.
I love the natural effect on my eyes and I don’t like it when they over weigh my lashes with mascara, so I always prefer one coating. I have to say that because of the thick consistency, the L'Oreal Paradise Extatic mascara is really tricky to layer. And you’ll have to try very hard to apply two beautiful coats. 
Here’s my makeup with this mascara and the AFTER result:
To do this makeup I also used some brow pomade and a concealer.

In general I like the outcome and the way my lashes look! They are pretty voluminous though I haven’t noticed any dramatic elongation to my lashes. But I always prefer volume to long and thin lashes.
This mascara coats my lashes with an intense black color. My look becomes brighter and more speaking. But of course my eyebrows are also playing a part. During the day the mascara doesn’t crumble or irritate my eyes. I have no difficulties with its removing. Any makeup cleanser will wash it off easily. By the way, the formula is castor oil infused which means that it takes care of my lashes while wear. I don’t know if it's really taking care of them or not but I do appreciate that fact. ♡ What’s there about the product that I’m disappointed with? ⤵♡The price is truly high. I guess we are paying for the package and cool promo. It’s fine if you find it discounted but I’d never buy it for the full price.
The stopper doesn’t do its job well and leaves too much of the product on the brush which I have to wipe off with a tissue. It’s so disappointing especially in the morning when I don’t have a spare minute to do it.
I know that tastes are different but I truly don’t understand this “innovative” brush. For me it’s too big and inconvenient to coat my lashes in the corners of the eyes.
The consistency is too thick, that’s why the mascara doesn’t go a long way. Within a month of use you’ll see that it applies too dry and forms clumps on the lashes, making the use of it really unpleasant.

If you’re a fan of the L’Oreal brand then I kindly ask you not to scold me but sorry, I still can’t assess this mascara with more than 3 stars!
There were so many sounding promises and reviews of it, but in action the product has too many disadvantages. For me it’s just a regular mascara in a beautiful package I still recommend it for purchasing as, who knows, maybe it’ll look beautiful on your lashes, showing better results on your lashes than on mine.
