Hi there and welcome!
I have finally dared to write a few words about the iconic blush by Nars. But seriously, I’ve been using it for a few years already (expiration date and everything, yes, I’m aware. But still, I presume that blush is a product which can’t run out before the expiration date, so I do continue using it)
A blush is a product every girl should have in her make-up bag. It can enliven the complexion within a few seconds and a couple of brush swipes. I have a lot of blushes, but this is special one.
Nars Blush in the color Orgasm.
Let’s be honest and say that it’s the best-selling product by the brand. I received it as a gift, for participating in a YouTube competition run by one famous beauty blogger.

The #1-Selling Blush in the U.S. As the ultimate authority in blush, NARS offers the industry's most iconic shade for cheeks. Its sheer, buildable powder delivers natural, healthy-looking color that immediately enlivens the complexion and provides a natural-looking flush.
I like Nars’ design very much “the stuff but not the fluff”. The blush was packed in a plain cardboard packaging with white letters. At the back side there’s some information about the ingredients and on the side there’s the piquant name of the blush written.
The packaging is made of rubberised matte plastic, which is really pleasant to the touch (it easily leaves stains, but they can be quickly removed) The packaging is ergonomic, small-sized and lightweight. It closes with a click.
The lid opens up almost 180 degrees, and you don’t even need to hold it, it fixates itself. There’s a mirror of the same size as the lid, which I find very handy.
The blush itself is covered with a see-through plastic film with the NARS lettering, no more decoration on the product.
The texture is soft, but dusty when I apply it with a natural bristle brush. You can clearly see the golden shimmer particles to it.
The color is described as peachy pink with golden shimmer and a lot of brands have already done their analogues to it. This color looks more flattering in the sun and tanned skin, especially on holiday.
The blush is pressed tightly and a little goes a long way.
I don’t catch any aroma in it.
The pigmentation is fantastic! The product blends easily. I always blush my cheeks over foundation and then powder my face.
I have fair complexion, so this blush looks a tad bright on me. I can’t say that it stains, no, but I can easily apply too much. So I always try to apply the tiniest bit of it.
Since the product is infused with golden shimmer, it can define your enlarged pores, if you have them.
This blush is long-lasting.
It looks smart and expensive, although sometimes bright and bold.
