It’s high time to talk about a remarkable color from the Strictly Vinyl Eyeliner line. I love eyeliners of any kind, and I can’t imagine my daily makeup without winged eyeliner. Usually, I go for black and brown eyeliners, and colored eyeliners are infrequent guests in my bag.
