I’ve never used primers in makeup. An ordinary drugstore moisturizing cream was enough for me to prep my skin for makeup. However, that cream was far from being perfect, but I was too lazy to change anything about it. One day I actually got fed up with the constant peeling from a matte foundation and large pores on my skin and thought that it was high time to purchase a primer.
And I decided to choose something from NYX. There were only three options there:
I decided to give the latter option a go.
Packaging
At the beginning the primer was packed in a cardboard package.
Inside there is a compact bottle with a dropper. I’ve never used products in such packagings, but I loved it. It’s very comfortable to use.

Well, there is plenty of silicones, plus glycerine. Alright then. However, I was really surprised to find that the primer was not that thick at all.
Effects
The primer is light-pink and has a liquid formula. At first I thought that I would have some problems with distributing it on my face, but I was wrong!

Plus, it covers up my blemishes just a little bit, which is good. It doesn’t have to do anything else really, because it’s just a primer. It smoothes out and moisturizes my skin, so thank you. Also, I noticed that it whitens my skin tone a little, so fair-skinned girls should be really careful with it. Do not overdo it.

A few words about my skin type:
It wouldn’t conceal extremely large pores, because you need a specific product for this purpose. This is how it looked:

As I’ve already mentioned, the primer can whiten my skin tone a little bit.

Unfortunately, I didn’t take a picture of my skin with primer and foundation together, but I think the effect is clear. You need just a few drops for your face. Apply it to your forehead, nose, cheeks and chin.
Verdict
This stuff is good, but I think that it’s not moisturizing enough in winter. However, it’s perfect for spring and summer.
I’ve also tried using this primer with a powder without any foundation and the results were decent.
Pros:
weightless texture
easy to use
smoothes out skin tone
Cons:
