During Christmas sales, my sight was caught by a set that looked like a candy firecracker by the check out, which had samples of a mascara, eyeshadow primer and liquid lipstick in the shade Fig.
I wasn’t impressed with the shade of the lipstick in the store, because it looked too bright for me, but since there weren’t any other sets, I decided to grab what they had.
The lipstick is packed with a sponge tube, which has turned out to be absolutely inconvenient for a product of such a vibrant color.
Later I had to use a brush to line my lips. The color is really saturated and I don’t even have to pack it for an even and beautiful coverage. The finish isn’t matte, yet it isn’t glossy. Such a good inbetweener of both finishes. By the way, the more you wear this lipstick, the less glossy the finish looks, making it gradually matte.
The wear time isn’t fantastic, the lipstick will be able to live through only the lightest bite.
It didn’t live through a full course meal and disappeared from the inside of my mouth, being present only at the edges.
In general, I am delighted with this lipstick. I think I'll buy more from the collection in a more nude color soon.
