Pros: a little goes a long way, fills in my pores, it gives nice coverage, longevity, matte finish, pleasant packaging, smell, thick texture
Cons: it accentuates skin texture, it can be drying for my skin

Hello, my dear friends!

In 2017, the Too Faced brand launched their Peaches & Cream collection, which has powders, eyeshadow palettes, lipsticks, a finishing spray, a primer and the hero of my review - a foundation.

So, I’ll tell you about the Too Faced Peach Perfect Comfort Matte Foundation now.

Design: It’s a pleasant pearlescent from pink to white tube with a golden cap. The product has a pump dispenser.

On the packaging you can see the “Peach Perfect” caption and a peach imprint, which is the branded logo of the entire collection.

The tube with the product isn’t huge and I like that it’s flat to some extent. It’s travel-friendly, because the tube will never take up too much room in my beauty bag.

Smell: Oh my Gosh, this smell is to die for! I love sweet, yet not luscious aromas. The smell of this product is a true incarnation of peachy-fig cream. So yummy! Usually, when I open the cap, the very first thing that I do is breathe in this sweet aroma. Smile It knocks my socks off. Smile

Texture: it’s of average thickness and pretty gooey. It doesn’t flow down my face and dries down quickly.

Shade: My shade is called Warm Nude. It’s such a fair color with warm undertones. All in all there are 20 shades in the collection.

Application: The product applies smoothly on my skin. It doesn’t accentuate flakey bits, but it can show my skin texture. I use a wet Real Techniques sponge for the application.

My advice: don’t smear the product all over your face at once. Do it in small parts. The thing is that if you apply the product all over your skin with dots, then blending will be way more difficult because the product sets quickly. That’s why it’s better to apply it on your cheeks, then on your forehead and so on. This product is of medium coverage, that’s why it won’t conceal all your blemishes on the skin. If you want to get a thicker coverage, then you can build it up. But I don’t recommend doing it, because the coverage won’t look natural then. As for me, 2 lightweight layers are good enough.

Longevity: The product stays on very long. I can apply it in the morning and wash off in the evening. I can be sure that it won’t crease or slide off during the day.

Results: The formula of the product is soft and matte, that’s true. I have combo skin type, so there’s always an oily shine on my skin during the day, no matter what foundation I use. And this product is the same. But it’s noteworthy that my skin remains matte for 4-5 hours after the application. The oily shine appears much later than with any other foundations, yet at the same time my face doesn’t look greasy oily, It feels like I have a delicate glow from within on my skin. I like such result. I can easily correct it with blotting papers. To top it off, the product fills in my pores on my cheeks and nose!Smile

I think if you have a dry skin type, this foundation can be a tad drying for you. However, the maker states that the product flatters all the skin types.

Spending: The tube has a lot of formula and I’ve been using it for several months already, yet still there’s a lot left inside. Smile So good!

Final thoughts: I’m delighted with this product by Too Faced. It’s such a pleasure to apply it over my skin. When I want my foundation to look matte and stay on for long, I always opt for this Peach Perfect.

I recommend it for everybody with combo or oily skin types. This product doesn’t leave stains, it’s long-wearing and it never oxidizes! Plus, the blending is awesome too!

Peaches and sweet figs to everybody! Smile

Thanks for reading my post!
