Our soft lip skin always suffers from harmful environmental factors. It suffers from the sun in summer, from cold wind in winter and from dry air in the room. Plus, this never-ending matte lipstick trend…
As a result a chapstick is not enough for our lips. They need an exfoliator/scrub (not for body or face, needless to say). You have to use the softest and gentlest exfoliator. I use e.l.f. Lip Exfoliator for this purpose.

Directions to use:
