Hey beauties!
I want to share my thoughts on the Beach Tint by Becca.
This tint was one of the first products by Becca that appeared in my makeup bag.
I won’t describe each shade vividly, as I just can’t do it beautifully but I’ll tell you that the first tint that I bought was in the color Watermelon. I purchased it about a year ago but the tube still looks brand new. Yes, you’ll be right if you think that I don't use it every day, but still the tube is small (just 7ml all in all) and I guess it’ll go a really long way.
Since the tint can be a little bit drying for my lips I always apply a lip balm 5 minutes before the tint. Then I just wipe the balm with a tissue.
The photos were taken a day when my lips were in their worst condition: they were dry and very chapped. But the tints applied fairly well, I think.
I applied all the tints with one thin coat. If I apply more, I usually see the tints feather and budge. The build up is possible though only after a complete drying out of the previous layer. And you’d better use a light hand and tapping moves so you don't make the pigment look patchy.
Even though the Guava shade is the fairest in my collection, it’s the best shade that managed to conceal my chapped lips. I deem that's because of the pigment it’s infused with, which is so close to my natural lip color. While the orange Grapefruit and Watermelon shades on the contrary only showed all that “beauty” on my lips.
The lasting power is nice on my lips as well as on the cheeks. (regardless of the tint shade). They disappear from my lips only after some greasy food (I guess that’s obvious why). They stay on well even if I have a snack or drink tea.
The tints as a blush apply well over all cosmetic products like powder, moisturizing or mattifying foundations and hold on the entire day.
Each shade has its own pleasant aroma of fruit or berry that its named after.
The Beach Tint by Becca is a good little helper for everyday and long-wearing makeup.
I hope that my review was informative for you ☺
Take care!
