- Hello dear readers. In my review I want to tell you about the Becca brand. I know about this brand and knew about it before though I used to think that the prices for the products they offer were too high but still was always attracted by the brand’s sleek design. I’ve tried a lot of different lipsticks in my life, so I’m more or less good at them.
The Becca Beach Tint is a water-resistant cream stain for lips and cheeks.
Product details:
This blendable, two-in-one Beach Tint can be worn as a blush for cheeks and a stain for lips. The oil-free, streak-free stain is enriched with antioxidant vitamin E to repair and soothe skin, and it stays put with a subtle, fruity scent.
I have my tint by Becca in the shade Raspberry.
The tint comes in 8 shades overall which is so disappointing for me. I guess these "fruits" which are in the collection won’t suit everybody. These are their names:
Dragonfruit
Guava
Fig
Watermelon
Papaya
Lychee
The tube where they placed the name of the shade is transparent, so it’s very handy when you want to see the true color of the contents.
The nozzle is nice in use as it gives out the minimum of the product and allows you to use it slowly and economically.
The list of ingredients:
-Vitamin E: Repairing and soothing antioxidant.
-Nylon-12: Provides a velvety texture and preserves natural, even complexion due to continuous sebum absorption.
Cyclopentasiloxane, Isododecane, Cera Alba/Beeswax/Cire d’abeille, Isostearyl Neopentanoate, Dimethicone, Oxidized Polyethylene, Trimethylsiloxysilicate, Polyethylene, Disteardimonium Hectorite, Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Nylon-12, Tocopheryl Acetate, SD Alcohol 40, Magnesium Stearate, Parfum (Fragrance). May contain/peut contenir [+/-]: Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499), Carmine (CI 75470), Red 7 Lake (CI 15850), Red 22 Lake (CI 45380), Yellow 5 Lake (CI 19140), Red 36 (CI 12085).
The product is really moisturizing to my lips as you can see it from the ingredients that it has a lot of skin emollient components.

I can’t recommend you should apply this tint on your cheeks unless you skin is dark or you’re swarthy. Even when I tried to apply the tiniest bit of it to my cheeks, I still ended up having flashy fire cheeks.
Even a small drop is fairly easy to blend out on the skin thanks to the buttery texture. The product is nice to layer and get an intense and bright shade.
And now my thoughts on the Becca Beach Tint:
They promise that the product is instant to sink in though I think this is the silicone that vanishes.
The formula doesn’t dry out my lips which is so true. I can even feel a slight moisturizing effect right after application. Some time later my lips need to be moisturized but it usually happens with all the lipsticks that I wear
The formula is water-resistant and it doesn’t stain cups or skin. But the formula isn’t fat-resistant indeed, as when I applied a chapstick over this tint it quickly faded and started to budge.
I appreciate the presence of the vitamin E in the ingredients.

Overall the product is nice and I like the staying power it shows on my lips. It can live through a meal and drinking coffee or tea.
The only gripe is that I can’t wear a lip balm or a chapstick over it, no matter how much I want to moisturize my lips
The application of the tint is above all praise. It applies evenly, doesn’t crease and shows a good saturated pigment.
It’s better to apply it over moisturised and nourished lips as it’ll look terrible over dry lips and will show all the flakey bits.
The formula isn’t drying though it isn’t moisturizing either. It’s a tint after all, and not a creamy lipstick
Shake the tube well before use
