Hey guys!
Today I want to tell you about a rather affordable eye pencil by Maybelline New York Master Drama.
I have it in the black color and the price was about $6 for it. You can buy it at any local drugstore.
This product can be used on the lids as well as applied to the waterline.
Since it’s a kohl, it has a super soft consistency that sets very quickly. It’s so good on the one side and so disappointing on the other because you have to be very quick to blend it out as after setting, blending won’t be possible anymore. My idea is that you have to have some skills to work with this product, otherwise you risk ending up with un-blended eyeliner on your eyes.
This Master Drama eye pencil is a perfect eyeshadow base for the smokey eye looks:
The product is long-wearing and it doesn’t imprint on the upper lids, so you can wear it all the time regardless of weather or occasion and be sure that your liner won’t make you look like a panda in the middle of the party.
One more definite advantage of this pencil is that it suits even those with sensitive eyes. My eyes are very sensitive and I can say that this product holds up on my waterline well causing no irritation or anything.
I take it off with micellar water and I wouldn’t say that it makes any difficulties for me.
Overall, I deem it’s a good eyeliner for the money it costs. It’s affordable and at the same time long-wearing. It has an intense black color, which is a rather rare occasion for a street-end brand. My only gripe is about the quick setting and I have to work very quickly with it. Maybe there are some people who won’t be able to blend it out thoroughly before its setting.
Thanks for reading my review, I hope it was useful for you!
