Earlier I could see no point in using an eyeshadow base. Until one day I decided to try the NYX HD EYE SHADOW BASE which I can’t imagine my life without now.
So, I guess it’ll be okay if I start my review with a little hint of praise. 
Package and size:
Black acrylic package with 8g of the contents inside.
Applicator:
Here you will see a typical applicator of a lip gloss or a liquid lipstick.
It’s super convenient to use to apply the product.
Color:
Light-beige. This is how it looks on my skin (it’s almost undetectable, isn’t it?)
Ingredients:
Isododecane, Talc, Cyclopentasiloxane, Disteardimonium Hectorite, Beeswax/Cera Alba/Cire d'Abeille, Dimethicone, Isohexadecane, Trimethylsiloxysilicate, VP/Eicosene Copolymer, Propylene Carbonate, Sorbitan Sesquioleate, Propylparaben. May Contain(+/-): Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Iron Oxides (CI 77492, 77499, 77491).
How to apply:
I apply the product with my fingers all over my lids and then let the formula dry out a little.
Impressions of use:
I think it’ll be way better to show you everything, rather than describe the process with a thousand words.
I deem the fair shades aren’t very visible in the picture but believe me - they look fantastic in life with this NYX base. Whereas, if I apply them without a base, it feels as though they are absolutely invisible.
These eyeshadows, which I used in this review are pretty whimsical and they and fall out a lot. HOWEVER, this base eliminates all their disadvantages. The colors have become more vibrant and brighter. Now they have become more longwearing and they don’t fall out or dust. Now I can easily wear my eyeshadow makeup the whole day, when earlier it was practically impossible for me, before the moment I had bought this base.
Washing the swatches off, I noticed that the eyeshadows which applied over my nude skin were very easy to wash off with water, while the eyeshadows applied over a base took longer to remove and I had to put some effort into it.
To wrap things up:
Now, I just can’t imagine my makeup bag without this base. It’s a necessary item for me and it makes my makeup beautiful. So, I recommend this NYX HD EYE SHADOW BASE and give it 5 stars all over.
